Anita & Neerajbhai’s residence was envisioned as a reflection of their time abroad — a home in Ahmedabad that carries the subtle sophistication of London interiors. From the very first meeting, Anita made her desire clear: “I want my house to feel like our London home.” This guiding sentiment became the soul of the design. Executed in a calm palette of white, beige, grey, and soft gold, the home evokes elegance without extravagance — a space where refinement meets serenity.
The entire home was designed with a muted tonal base — ivory walls, beige furnishings, and brushed gold details — reminiscent of classic London homes. Every element was curated to achieve a balance between subtle luxury and emotional warmth.
Furniture, lights, and finishes were kept intentionally minimal, with an emphasis on clean lines and light-enhancing textures. The result is a home that feels both expansive and intimate.
While the physical location shifted from London to Ahmedabad, the emotional essence remained. The design acts as a bridge — bringing memories, mood, and comfort into a new cultural context.
Recreate the feeling of a London home within a modern Indian apartment — without relying on European architecture or ornate elements. We leaned into atmospheric design — using material restraint, golden accents, and layered neutrals to evoke familiarity. Strategic lighting, moulded panels, and simplified layouts completed the effect — offering the client a home that truly feels like Manzil, wherever they are.
