Titled “Manzil,” this residence at Ambience Tower was envisioned not as a primary home — but as a dedicated space for weekend leisure, family get-togethers, and social bonding. Owned by a well-known family with properties across India and abroad, this apartment holds emotional significance for the client as it was the lady of the house’s first-ever home in Ahmedabad. Though the tower itself is over 25 years old, the space was transformed into a refreshed modern canvas — designed purely for joy, comfort, and connection.
The original layout was fully restructured — reducing it from 4 bedrooms to 2 and opening up the core areas to form a massive multi-functional space for lounging, dining, playing, and hosting.
From gaming to quiet tea conversations, each area within the open floor is subtly zoned using textures, ceiling design, and lighting. The palette is soft yet luxurious — echoing a warmth suited for family moments and informal gatherings.
The name “Manzil” was retained from the family’s Dubai home, lending a sentimental continuity. This home is not just a place — it’s a memory capsule of beginnings, now redesigned for new experiences.
Redesign an aging 4BHK apartment into a vibrant, emotionally rooted social space. We redefined the structure by removing non-essential walls and crafting an expansive, open-plan layout. Without overstatement, we layered the space with custom finishes, statement elements, and a flexible design that welcomes everything from family brunches to festive evenings. Respecting local sensibilities, the tone remained celebratory yet refined — perfect for the home’s evolved purpose.
