Set within the Aagam 3 apartment block, the Kiran Oswal residence is one of seven individually designed homes commissioned by the extended Oswal family — a well-established Jain-Marwadi business family with operations across India, Tanzania, and South Africa. All seven cousins and their families chose to design their residences with Hightieds, creating a rare collective design legacy under one roof. This particular home reflects Mr. Kiran Oswal’s refined taste — merging understated elegance with intelligent spatial planning for a seamless transition from bungalow living to apartment luxury.

What began as three homes soon became a full design journey for all seven apartments — forming what the Hightieds team fondly calls the “7 Apartments Project.” Each home was distinct yet connected by a shared vision of elegance, warmth, and family togetherness.

The Oswals’ brief was clear — optimize every square foot and prioritize storage. Moving from independent bungalows to apartments, the transition required careful planning. Every wall, recess, and niche was utilized — without compromising on visual harmony.

Central to every home was modular storage integration — built to blend into the architecture, not dominate it. Simultaneously, a unifying tone of soft luxury and practical beauty ran through all seven — making Aagam 3 not just a building, but a design legacy.
