Nitin’s residence at Meher 3 was designed for a young, fast-rising entrepreneur shifting base from Baroda to Ahmedabad with his family. Just 28 when we met, Nitin wanted a home that reflected both his bachelor lifestyle and future practicality. The brief was clear — quick delivery, clean aesthetics, and a global feel without visual clutter. The result is a compact yet sophisticated home that blends minimalist elegance with seamless functionality — 80% of which was custom-curated and sourced from China.
Design Concept
Fast-Track Global Sourcing
Given the tight timelines and client’s busy schedule, we took a sourcing trip to China where we handpicked everything — furniture, paneling, doors, light fixtures, and wardrobes. The process allowed complete aesthetic alignment and execution speed.
Minimalist, Modern, and Future-Ready
The interiors were designed with clean lines, subtle textures, and a clutter-free layout. No elaborate wall paneling or over-decoration — just simplicity done right. Designed for his current needs and adaptable for the future.
Culturally Neutral, Emotionally Warm
Although Sindhi by community, Nitin’s home consciously avoided stereotypical choices. The home feels universal — a space that’s refined, rooted, and reflective of personal taste rather than tradition.

Create a stylish, future-proof home for a young bachelor with very limited time, while ensuring fast delivery and premium finish.
Our China sourcing strategy, combined with focused local execution, helped us achieve a fast-tracked design timeline. With 80% of the materials and furniture imported and 20% completed by our in-house team, we maintained high design consistency and quality. The end product is a well-balanced, low-maintenance home that feels global and grounded at once.
